BAKING TIME: 15 minutes
SERVES: 36-40 cupcakes
1 ½ cup of Castor Sugar
125 gr Butter/Margarine
1 tsp Vanilla Essence or Lemon Essence
3 cups of Self-rising Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
¼ cup Milk
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs in one at a time until mixed through.
3. Add in essence.
4. Sift in flour and baking powder.
5. Add milk until thoroughly mixed.
6. Spoon mixture into cupcake liners, and bake for 15 minutes on 180°C.
