FRENCH MERINGUE


PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes COOKING TIME: 1 -3 hours MAKES:  ±25

INGREDIENTS

100g egg whites, 200g sugar

  • Dry all attachments.
  • Add egg whites to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until foamy.
  • Slowly add sugar a tablespoon at a time.
  • Beat egg whites to stiff peak.
  • Place in a piping bag and pipe onto a line tray.
  • Place in an 100°C oven until dry.
