100g egg whites, 200g sugar
- Dry all attachments.
- Add egg whites to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until foamy.
- Slowly add sugar a tablespoon at a time.
- Beat egg whites to stiff peak.
- Place in a piping bag and pipe onto a line tray.
- Place in an 100°C oven until dry.
